Germany, Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary

  • Insured via UPS: 10 €  (Average delivery time: 3-5 business days)

Belgium, France, Italy, Croatia, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Romania, Slovenia

  • Insured via UPS: 11,50 €  (Average delivery time: 4-6 business days)

Other EU countries

  • Insured via UPS: 14 €  (Average delivery time: 4-6 business days)

Returns

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal*.

  • Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer. We cannot accept shipments sent with unpaid postage.
  • We recommend choosing an insured and trackable return shipment, as we cannot be responsible for lost packages. Please pack the items securely.
  • Returns should be sent to the following address:

  • Please fill out the return form and include it with your return shipment. Click here to download the return form.
  • Items must be returned unused, undamaged, unwashed, with all tags attached and in complete original packaging. Only then can we refund the full purchase amount.
  • Size exchanges are unfortunately not possible. Please place a new order if you need a different size.
  • After receiving the returned goods, we will inspect them and refund the purchase amount within 7 working days to the original payment method.

*For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned and is excluded from the right of withdrawal.


Unclaimed or refused deliveries

If an order is not accepted, refused, or not collected from a pickup point within the required time frame and is returned to us, additional costs arise due to the return shipment.

In such cases, we reserve the right to deduct the actual costs incurred from the refund. These include in particular:

  • Return shipping costs charged by the carrier
  • Payment provider fees (e.g. PayPal or Stripe)

The original shipping costs are non-refundable in these cases.
